I used the chocolate flavor first (of course) and I added soy milk and some almonds to make this a thick gooooooood milk shake! I am sooooo happy that I was sent this and even more happy when I tasted it! OH MY GAWD, it is GOOD!

I tried the vanilla flavor and this shake I added some chia meal, 1 scoop of the action whey and some almond milk....It was thick and just like a vanilla shake! I am going to try the pudding idea next.If you take one scoop of action whey and mix with a fork 1/4 cup of milk or milk sub you get pudding! Store it in the fridge and it will be a cool sweet treat after your gym workout! YUM! I think that I could go on and on about this product. I put this to the test and I will say 100% it is awesome! It tastes awesome and it has AMAZING effects! NO kidding. I could tell a huge difference after just one try!
