Ok Back to the grind and so close to FRIDAY!

YUMMY!!!!

So I am so close to Friday I can taste it!!! I cant wait. I have the whole weekedn planned out and I must say...It is going to be a good one. I have practice tonight and other than that, you guessed it. I am watching more Sex and the City and walking these pounds away with Karen (my rommie). I am starting the day off right with some yummy chia oatmeal.

Chia is now one of my favorite things in the whole world. I mix it with almost everything all day! It really fills me up.

I ate that at 9:30 and at 12:00 I have this....Egg whites with a soy patty, I didnt have the bread.

I head over to the gym for a 40 minute strech/ leg day I said that I wasnt going to go to the gym today but you know what??? I lied! I need to go and do a little something to get the blood pumping. When I return I am going to eat this:

I dont know if you can see this okay but it is a boca burger salad and that is what I am loving for lunch these days. I also put some mustard on it.

Then at around 3:30 I will have my final snack at work will be this!

Some Kroger Carb watcher Yogurt and a slice of rasin bread (ezekical!) So yum!

Then I am going right back to the good ol' gym to do 60 minutes of Zumba salsa class which should make me feel awesome. I will then go home to eat this! My newest creation.

The celery and hummus will be my late night snack if I need it.

Let me ask you this....Do you think that this is too much food for a person to eat in a day? There are two other items that I have that are not on here. My coffee in the morning and some iced green tea with no sweetener. Tell me what you think on this. I am trying to loose these last few pounds and I just cant seem to do it. Is it the amount of food that I have? I cant tell. Thanks so much for reading!

I asked for some lovely samples so that I can get a review for you all and hopefully will be getting some responses! The two folks I ask from are:
Tristan from Premier Organics (I want to try these butters for sure!) and also a company called Z Bird. They make some great granola's and other raw vegan products! We shall see.

Happy Thursaday!
