NEWMANS OWN ORGANICS!!! WHAT A FANTASTIC NAME!

Sometimes miracles do happen...
I got home yesterday after work to this...

This what was inside....I had the absolute worse day ever yesterday!!! You know the "new"car that I bought YESTERDAY? Well, last night after driving it home it broke down on me...It was smoking and anti freeze was pouring out of it. I had to get a tow and then walk home almost 3 miles. I am just a wreck. Needless to say yesterdays post "New car and scared to death" came true. I feel horrible. When I got home I was absolutely starving and because of this package I was able to eat. I am not kidding....This is not suppose to be a SOB story and in fact I really wanted this post to be the happiest one yet but it is bitter sweet for me and because I have been writing to you all for so long I just cant hide it. When I bought the car I literally spent every penny that I had in the bank to get me a used vehicle so that I could get to and from work and the grocery store. I am broke now and have nothing to show for it. I got a call this morning from the mechanic and it is going to cost me 1200.00 dollars to get it fixed and I just don't know where this money is going to come from. I am in a hole....deep. Anyway, when I got home I opened the package and the tears just started coming...I was so happy to get this package in the mail. It looks like I will be living off pretzels, cookies, chocolate, and soy crisps. Ha! I don't care at least it is there and it is food. I live very far from a grocery store so I will have to just make due. Anyway, I wanted to I got some dried fruits! I LOVE prunes and tried them out first. So plump and juicy. The apple, cranberries and raisins will be the perfect pair for my oatmeal in the morning. I couldn't have asked for a better selection.

more pics of the lovely goods! These soy crisps are amazing! I love how light they are and the crunch was just what I needed. Pretzels are a girls best friend! I LOVED getting these. The spelt ones were amazing too. I dipped them into peanut butter and wow they became a perfect snack. I will be taking these babies as a side for lunch! I then went for the fig newtons. I haven't had one of these in ages. I will say this...I couldn't stop...SO FREAKING GOOD!!! I was in awe at how good these were. I am hooked for sure. Actually I have been thinking about these all day today. Lastly I went in for the best in my opinion of all the treats! Chocolate!!! Now after a horrible day, this was just what I needed. I went for the dark chocolate espresso bean! WOW! It was by far the best chocolate bar I have ever had. Last but not least...I got some wonderful mints !I had no idea that they even made mints! I LOVE The tins that these came in too. I am going to figure out a way to re use these for sure. I tried out the ginger (because I Love ginger) and they were so yummy. 10 cals and I can have 3 a serving.

I wanted to enclose some info from their site just telling y0u what a wonderful company this truly is.

Newman’s Own Organics was established as a division of Newman’s Own in 1993, and became a separate company in late 2001. Paul Newman has given over $200 million to thousands of charities worldwide since 1982.
'Great tasting food that happens to be organic.' (That's what we kept in mind when we created our products.) We focus on the kinds of products we loved as kids, but take them one step further by using the highest quality of available organic ingredients.
We find that people really want to know how the ingredients are grown and processed on the way to their grocer's shelf. When people see how much organic foods have improved since the early days of packaged 'health' foods, we hope they'll try other organic food products.
But 'organic' may be the last thing you think of when you try our tasty Pretzels, Chocolate Bars, Fig Newmans™, Champion Chip Cookies, Chocolate Cups, Newman-O's, Pop's Corn, Alphabet Cookies , Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar, Dried Fruit , Soy Crisps, Hermits, Mints, Coffee and Royal Tea. They're just so good!

So this is food you can feel good about eating. I will say this, I have never been so happy to get a package and it just goes to show that sometimes you effect some one's life without even knowing it. I will be living off this box until it is gone. I cant tell you how much I needed this and how much it meant to me that Newman's Own Organics was so nice to send me so much. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. You have no idea...You guys don't even get a number from me (usually I rate from 1-10) I just cant even put a number on it.

Please go to their site and check it out for yourself. You wont be sorry you did!

Proud owner but scared to death!!!

So this is my new car! I am so afraid that I made the wrong decision. I mean, you never know when you are buying a used car from someone. It could be a good thing or a bad thing. I think that this is a good thing. I know one thing. This car drives so much better than my car...So now on to the eats and then a REVIEW on something that completely blew me out of the water and I really mean that!
This morning I am taking advantage of a very special thing...
A fresh, ripe, perfect Georgia Peach! Picked just the other day. I am so happy that these peaches are in my life. During The July fourth weekend I probably ate about 10 of these. So juicy and good I couldn't ask for a better way to have my oats this morning. So without further ado! My cup of coffee and oats! I had the most perfect bowl of oats that I could ask for! It has peaches, unsweetened almond milk, wheat bran, chia and some cocoa nibs. WOW! This is a treat this morning. I decided that I needed to treat myself after the stressful haggling session that I had yesterday with the car. I am going for a nice long walk today with a co worker. I would rather get the cardio out of the way with someone than go at it alone. When I get home from work I plan to go back to the gym for some lifting this is going to be what I need. I am going to do chest and shoulders tonight. I know that is a weird combo but I am wanting to do those two muscle groups as my back is still a little sore from the other day. I am ready. After I get back from the walk I will be ready to dig into this! Simple salads are perfect for a hot day. This will hopefully be able to hold me over. I am thinking that some snacks will be needed such as these gems! I am in love I tell you and it will be the last of my bing cherries today. I will have to go and get me some more this weekend, I just love the ruby red plum fruit! This is what I will be eating today while at work. When I get home I will have this for dinner along with some un pictured strawberries (I always track 5 but end up eating about 8). Yet again...Egg plant with tofu and some added baby boc choy and some flax seeds sprinkled on top. I am loving this so far this week, usually by Thursday I am getting quite tired of my dinners but not this time! This is going to have to happen again! So there you have it I have the days eats and I am going to do my very best on sticking to it. I am doing well this week (especially after last weekend of beer drinking madness.) Karen's b-day is Saturday and I am going to plan to have a lovely salad and some red wine (Premier Organics) so hopefully will have some great pictures for you from the weekend by Monday or Tuesday. I am broke as a joke right now so I will try my best to not go out this weekend. I am going to be on a saving spree!!! Oh yes, I almost for got!!! A REVIEW IS HERE FOR YOU! But first let me give you a update on my cleanse (Colonix) I have to say and I am so sorry if this is TMI but I haven't gone to the bathroom (you know #2) in a few days...I mean, I thought that the whole point of this cleanse was suppose to "Cleanse" my system out. I am going to have to contact someone and see why this is happening and if it is normal. Truthfully I feel constipated. This morning I went to three pills and a full scoop of the intestine cleanse. I will be waiting to see if it makes a difference tomorrow. I am drinking plenty of water so I have no idea what is going on...We will see. Ok enough of all that. Lets get to business.

I contacted this company for some samples of their products because I have seen so many wonderful products that they have and herd that they are truly wonderful...Yesterday when I got home I got a package. When I opened the package I saw that I had gotten 1 jar of raw almond butter, one jar of raw cashew butter and a jar of Tahini. I freaked!!! I opened up the jar of raw cashew butter and I wont lie....I dipped my finger right in...WOW. I couldn't believe this. Now I will say this, I have tried cashew butter from another company and I didnt like it...It didnt taste at all like cashews. When I tasted this one though it was like getting a hand full of cashews and chewing them right up. You know what I like most about this butter??? There was only one ingredient. JUST ONE. CASHEWS. No oil, nothing. I smiled and kept eating it. Then I had to say to myself "Heather, you have almond butter and these cals will add up fast!" This beautiful l women is not me! She is the maker of this wonderful product and I can say this...she knows what she is doing... Next I opened the almond butter. This was DIVINE!!! I cant tell you how good this was...I am just hoping that all the explanation marks works!

I am going to be hooked on this stuff I fear for life! Finally I got this baby!I got something that I have never tried before. Tahiti (gasp, I know). I have yet to ever try this stuff but last night I watched about 5 youtube videos on all sorts of ways to make some pretty awesome stuff. This weekend I am going to be making a Tahiti dressing for my salads for K's B-day and will let you know all about it. I want to leave you with some info about the site straight from them.
Our Way
At Living Tree Community we believe that vibrant good health is a combination of many subtle elements including alive food, fasting, vigorous exercise, restful sleep, organic gardening, fulfilling creative activity and loving relationships based on appreciation and respect.
Alive Foods Our mentors include Professor Arnold Ehret. He was the first great teacher of alive nutrition in the United States. He came to California in the early 20’s. We will always recall our interview with Fred Hirsch in this regard. He told how Professor Ehret healed him from a serious illness. Fred noticed a tiny ad in the Classifieds in a Los Angeles paper. Professor Ehret was going to give a talk on nutrition. Fred attended the lecture and walked up to Professor Ehret afterwards and asked him if he could help him.
Ehret in turn asked Fred if he would be willing to undergo a fast. Fred agreed. He rented a room in a hotel and began a fast on water. Ehret visited him every day. It was a prolonged and rigorous ordeal. Fred emerged from it healed and renewed. He dedicated the rest of his life to publishing Ehret’s works in inexpensive editions, accessible to all (we recall how in the 70’s it was possible to go into a natural food store in southern California and buy a book by Ehret for a dollar or two).
Ehret’s Mucusless Healing System and his Rational Fasting are milestone’s in humankind’s search for health and healing.
Our other mentor has been Dr. Kirschner. Years ago we came across his classic Nature's Healing Grasses. Amidst the drear and conformity of the 50’s, he conceived of a wonderful way of healing by preparing “green drinks” in a blender.
He would take wild plants like purslane, malva and lambs quarters, put them in a blender with spring water and blend. He was getting excellent results, in treating people with serious illness. His book is still available on Amazon.com and we recommend it.
We follow a live food diet with at least one green drink each day. We also fast for a day each week, drinking only water. We break our fast on live, organic fruits and vegetables.
On one special day each week, the Sabbath, in addition to live food, we eat some cooked food, especially bread and wine.
This combination of green drinks and fasting works well for us.
Vigorous Exercise
Each morning we begin with stretches and engage in calisthenics. We recommend martial arts both for discipline and growth of spirit.
View a video of a capoeria game bewteen Mestre Marcelo Caveirinha and Mestre Espirro Mirim at the Cazadero camp in Santa Rosa in 2007.
Restful Sleep
It is rightly said that Americans are deprived of adequate sleep. We strongly recommend adequate rest, an essential to rejuvenation.
Creative and Productive Activity
We feel that every person has a basic need to engage in creative activity. Everyone needs work that is not only remunerative but is fulfilling. This is as much a need as for alive food. Soul satisfying work is a necessity.
Organic Gardening
We believe that everyone ought to have the privilege of garden plot. Even the smallest plot can be productive. So many brothers and sisters have developed intensive gardening into an art. There is so much literature available. If you live in an apartment there is usually a community garden nearby. Remember that a compost pile is a digestive organ of the garden. We invite you to give yourself the satisfaction of composting those carrot tops and banana peels. The resulting humus is fragrant and will give life to your garden and to you.
Loving Relations
As one follows a live food diet, after a while one’s spiritual sensitivity improves. One can anticipate a situation or event or someone’s attitude. When the phone rings is it a call of praise or a bill collector? As one’s spiritual sensitivity improves so does one’s opening to subtle vibrations of love. One becomes more discerning and quickly sees which relationship can be potentially enhancing or damaging. One feels more of a sense of unity with all living things and with everything that enhances life.
This is the Way we have evolved over decades. We would very much appreciate your comments and suggestions.

New or Used car?

I have made a decision...I am not going to pump any more money into my used car. Instead I am thinking that I am going to go and buy another used car. I know that I am trading in one headache for another but the thought of me putting more money into my car and then me not knowing when the next problem will arise gets to me. I dont know but this is the car that I have....and the one under is the one that I am looking at.This the car that I am looking at he wants 2,500.00 dollars but I want to pay 2,000.00 we will see how my haggling goes. Who knows. I may or may not be getting it but I am crossing my fingers. It has things that my other car doesn't have like a working air conditioner. If there is one thing that I hate it is buying a car. I am not good at haggling and I can say one thing I am a push over. I guess I will be testing out my skills tonight for sure. I want to get out of work by 4:00 so that I can make it to yoga at 7:00. It is going to be needed if I do get this car because I will be stressed out!
This morning was a different morning for sure! I met up with my buddy John for breakfast, we usually meet up for breakfast at least once a week. I was proud of myself because I had only half of the biscuit this time instead of the whole thing. The muffin was what I wanted anyway. So as you can see this was a HUGE soy patty biscuit. I had half of the biscuit and the whole soy patty I also had half the blueberry muffin. I know that I am repeating myself!

After coffee, e-mails and phone calls it was time to carb it up again. This happens every single time I have carbs early...I just keep getting hungry. I am going to be carbless except for some strawberries later for the rest of the day. I am going for a hour long walk and hope to get to yoga tonight. So maybe I can counteract this carb explosion. I went for it though and had my oats! I had the oats super simple this morning because of the other stuff that I had. Oats, cherries, egg whites and a tiny carb watcher yogurt. I am going to need the carbs to get through walk anyway, I plan on walking 4 miles on my lunch break today. After the walk I will come back to this. Tuna salad. This is going to be the healthy lunch that will make me feel okay when I get back from the walk. It is going to be cool and that is what I will need because I will be HOT when I get back. After this lunch I will have some cherries and call it a day. Then off to go haggle my way through a car sale. I can do this! I hope that I am able to post some good news tomorrow. I should be getting some new stuff in the mail today and that always makes me super happy.

I am back and READY!

Good Morning! I am feeling great this morning! went to the beach and feel like a new person. Only the beach can make you feel so relaxed and refreshed. It was a HOT one in Florida but with enough cold beverages you can cool off easily. I hung out with my family and had a great time. I spend all day in the car yesterday and my back is really sore today from sitting all day in the same spot. I did however go for a walk yesterday when I got home I just couldn't wait. I had sat for hours and needed to get my blood going. It felt nice to be able to go for a walk. My knee is healing and my back is doing well too. I think that if I take it EASY this week I will be back at it next week. In the meantime I will be walking and more importantly to me....yoga! I cant wait for Wednesday! I am going to yoga for the first time in a while. I am ready too! So this week the eats will be kinda the same but a little different. I am going to be leaving out the bread and going back to my roots....I am having my love again! Organic oats, wheat bran, unsweetened almond milk, chia seeds, egg whites, dried cranberries and some chopped walnuts. Yum! It's back and I dis miss it. Next week will more than likely be the egg whites and toast but for now it is here to stay. I love oats even when it is hot. I am in a office all day so I barely know what the weather is like out there anyway. After my morning coffee and oats I did some much needed catching up at work and then headed to the gym for a 30 minute walk and 15 minutes of weights (LIGHT) I headed back to the office for something else that is a usual of mine....Tuna salad. I did mix it up though. I added some fresh garden tomato's (my grandmother had some for me when I went home) and a little chopped green apple. It was amazing and was the perfect twist for my tuna salad. I loved it. This is what will be my lunch more than likely for the whole week. You guys know I am infamous for being able to eat the same Ole same Ole day in and day out. Hey, that is what gets me where I am. Consistency. That is the key and the secret to achieving a goal. Speaking of goals I hit mine this morning and oddly enough right after a holiday. First I want to pat myself on the back before I go into the others. I went to Florida for the 4th of July AND a wedding. In most cases this could mean diet disaster this was a challenge I must admit but if there is one thing that I love it is a challenge. I did bring my own eats for the week but it was hard to make my own food when everyone else was eating something different without remarks and laughter. I did it though!!! I made myself grilled chicken salads ever single night and had oatmeal for breakfast, fresh fruit and nuts for lunch and kept on the diet. I didn't even have a slice of wedding cake (and boy did it look divine). I get home and what had happened? 117.2! My goal is met! I have been wanting to see that number for about 9 months now and I am not kidding. I was within 5 pounds of it for 9 whole months and was about to give up. Here's the thing though...I think that I hit this number because of one reason. I am loosing my muscle. I know it to be true (I am a flabby mess from the waist down) because of not being able to run of lift weights. So far I have lost about 4 pounds of muscle. Boy that makes me sad. I am okay with the number though because at very least I am not gaining weight. They do say though that it is easier to get it back after the first time of building the muscle, we will have to see about that. Anyway, I am at my weight that I was last year on this date (gotta love TDP!). I am planning on doing short walks, short swims and yoga for the next few weeks and then get back into dance. I may be totally out of shape by then. I hope not. Something else that is new for me is this! That's right...I started the cleanse. Colonix didn't come to me on Friday before I left which may have been a good thing. I can only imagine what my family would say about me making my own meals and then drinking and popping these pills on top of it. I started this morning. Not much to report except that I did watch a youtube video last night that showed the "cleanse powder" in water and they let it sit for a wile and it did look just like the pictures of what came out of the guy on the website. The lady on youtube was saying that it was a scam. I am not sure what I believe yet. Interesting though. I took the pills and then the powder. It was fine and I will just do a report each day telling you about my experience. Some days may not have much to report and others more. Anyway, my journey begins.
After lunch and a light workout I had some of these babies. I know that I have said a millions times that nuts are my down fall (I can eat about 500 cals easily). This time though I am counting out 25 and not eating any more than that. Period. I need to show myself that I can do this. I bought a bunch of Bing cherries and will accompany these almond joys! I love how sweet these red almost purple guys are. So good and on top of it on sale! These are perfect to pop in your mouth and eat. That is all the work day eats. When I got home I plan to go maybe for a light swim and then head home to have dinner. Last night I baked tofu and egg plant with red onion. This picture doesn't look that great but it is gooood. I will more than likely have a side of steamed broccoli. For desert...A big ol bowl of cantaloupe! I love how these are ripe and so refreshing. I am eating a ton of fruit lately! This bowl looks huge but it is about a cup and a half of cantaloupe. I decided to see really how much this was but cutting the slice that I wanted and then chopping it up. I was surprised at how much it made. I think that I was under estimating how much I was eating. That was a nice surprise. I did decide though that if I am going to be eating the fruit the bread in the morning has got to go. So for now it is yummy fruit. So those are my eats for the day and I am going to do my darnest to keep it clean all week. I can do this. I hope you all had a great fourth, I know I did. I will see you tomorrow and I cant wait to read your blogs! What would I do with out them!!!
Check out this give-a-way. It is awesome! I am crossing my fingers!!! TIGHT!

My Friday...

Good morning! Look at this sunflower that I got last weekend! I love sunflowers and they make me so very happy! This morning I feel GREAT! I woke up and went for a walk with no real pain and I really enjoyed every minute. I went to physical therapy and he told me that IF I got to the beach this weekend and do absolutely nothing I could be back into swimming and yoga by Wed of next week. EEEEK!!! You just dont know how happy that makes me. I am so ready to get back into the groove of things. I just want to be able to swim, do yoga and light weights. If I could do that I would be happy next month if I am good I may be able to run. Oh my! The thought of that makes me almost cry. I walk all the time and see people running down the street and I just glare at them, almost despising them. I don't like feeling that way toward anyone but it makes me jealous to see someone ge to do the things that I love to do. So I am taking gooooood care of myself this weekend and you better believe that I am going to be icing when I can and relaxing. I am going to do, I can do it! My co-worker this morning made fun of me when I said "Guess what! I am going to be able to exercise twice a day again in no time!!!" She was like "Gosh, Heather I am barely able to motivate myself to walk 30 minutes a day and you are like a kid in a candy store at the thought of doing some strenuous activity for a hour and a half." Yep, that is me! It is what I call CHEAP THERAPY. I need it. I sit all day at work and the thought of sitting at home and doing nothing kills me. I am going to really be in tune with my body from here on out and I am going to make a promise to myself when all this is done and just back off when my body says STOP! Ok so now on to my eats. It has been a little different this morning. I can tell that my mind is saying:your on vacation..." I have got to nip that in the bud real quick. Before going on the walk I had half of one of these and some raw cashews. Of course I also had some chocolate amazing grass powder in water to get me started as well! This was just what I needed to get through the 40 minute walk (man I was trucken along this morning!) and then off to physical therapy. When I got to the office I had to have a big ol cup of joe and then about a hour later I was hungry again, can you believe that??? I can! I had half of a egg white salad. I piled those egg whites high too :P

This was the last piece of Meadow's Bakery Daily Bread and oh will I miss it! I am however going to be getting some organic breads from rudis bakery! I am on a whole grain bread kick, something I thought I would never say. It hasn't really effected my weight and instead of oats I am going with toast. That is the only real bread product that I eat though all day long. Sometimes if you let yourself have something you wont crave it so badly. I am sure after a while I will be back on the oats kick! So today I will not be taking a lunch (good thing I got the walk in!) and will be eating at my desk (as usual) I am going to be having this baby for lunch. I loved taking this picture before packing it up to take with me. I used Lightlife Lemon pepper chicken strips (3) and piled it high with spring mix and Romain. Can you say AWESOME, no dressing required!I love salads in the summer and a lady from work brought me some fresh tomato and cucumbers! I am so excited to have a real garden salad! I might have a bell pepper added to it with a spoonful of hummus but I doubt that I will need it. After lunch I will have a little bit of this beauty! Ahhhhh, how I am loving fruit this summer. I seriously dont remember when fruit tasted this good, I hope to have some good fruit this weekend and to tell you the truth if the weather is as hot as I am thinking those amazing grass bars (chilled of course) and fresh fruit may be all I eat. I doubt it though. My uncle has already told us that he bought 50 packs of ribs and we will be grilling chicken, hot dogs and hamburgers! I am going to try my best to be as good as possible but I have to remember that the doctor did order me to have a good time and RELAX. So ok, you dont have to twist my arm. On the drive home I will have a Kombucha from:I really like the Ginger flavor that they were kind enough to re-send me! It is sooo good! Hey I will drink anything that will put me in a good mood and this stuff does the trick. I plan on having a salad of some sort tonight at my mom's house. I don't want to drink anything tonight as I know that I will be drinking tomorrow and Saturday. I need to save the cals! So you may be asking yourself. "Will I be packing and taking my own food even though I already know what will be there?" Heck yeah I will. I am that freak and I am proud to say. What will be coming home with me so that my family will talk behind my back and say things like "Heather cant eat like the rest of us, she is weird!" Well I will tell you. I ALWAYS (well for the last two years anyway) bring my own food no matter where I go. If I am on a plane, car or train, I am prepared! I will be taking with me:

-Fit nutz peanut butter

-Hemp bagel

-Dr. Kracker sunflower crackers

-Kombucha

-Acia powder

-Amazing grass bars

-Pure raw food bars

-Macadamia nut butter

-Chia seeds

-raw cashews

and

-amazing grass powder

Ok so I am only going to be gone Fri-Sun but I like to be prepared and when you eat 6 small meals a day it can all add up! I am sure I will be taking somethings home with me but you never know when someone may say "can I try one?" I always share (unless it is a amazing grass product and then it is ALL mine baby!).'

I am sure some of this will be consumed Saturday too!

Shhhh! Don't tell : o

I get the Colonix today at some point (finger crossed I get it before I leave) and will be starting it tomorrow morning! I am so happy to get this junk out of my system. I have been reading and re-reading their site and I already know that I want to do the full three months. They are nice enough to send me the other two months once I see how it goes. I thank you for that! So my friends. I will be back on Monday, I will be missing you all and will have fun things to tell you all about. You know that I will be taking some pictures and sharing them with you. I hope you all have a blast for the 4th of July! Be careful....
Luv,
Heather

Experiment time....

Hello All! I hope your smilin!
It is Wednesday and it it going to be a good one. I am feeling pretty darn good and this week is almost over for me. ONE MORE DAY! I love a short week and I love a vacation more than anything. I am going to be as good as possible as far as food/drink goes and the funny thing is that when I get around my family I tend to be super good because I see all the crap that they eat. It is bad. I will be be ready though. I have already started to buy some of the foods that I know I will be needing on hand. I am bringing veggie dogs (since we are having a cookout) and I will be having organic oatmeal with chia, I will be bringing some pomegranate juice in case I want a mixed drink with some vodka and of course my amazing grass shake mixer. I will also make sure that they will be having some fruit and veggies on hand. I will more than likely be picking up some hummus and I didn't forget to save a bagel or two from Meadow Bakery. All in all I am going to be eating as raw as possible and it shouldn't be that hard, it will be HOT in Flordia. Another reason why I will be eating as raw and soft as possible is because I am going to be doing something super special starting on Thursday evening...I am going to be doing my first ever colon cleanse....Well, I take that back. Last year when I did the master cleanse (I have done this cleanse several times) I also did the salt water flush (whew that was a crazy experience) and I guess you can call that a colon cleanse. This one is going to be more intense however more gentle. Best of both worlds! I scoured the Internet to find the right one for me and I did. I found this website!

I contacted the company and spoke with kori via e-mail and they so graciously have sent me my first month to get started, they even said that I could do the full 3 months if I like it. I am sure that I will but I will have to wait and see. I just wanted to prepare you all because I will be talking kinda alot about my experience with the product. Some days may be a little much but if I am going to review something I am going to review it! I may only have some days where I say a little and who knows some days may be the whole post devoted to your truly. I will have to wait and see, I will not be taking any pictures though rest assure! Check out this site if you are interested in doing a colon cleanse. I have looked a a ton of sites and this one seems to be the best one so far, they respond quickly and they really seem to be behind the product 100%. So there you have it. My count down starts today. I should be getting it Thursday and will get started that evening.

ok, now back to the eats! This morning I had a half of a chocolate amazing grass bar (my life depends on these things). That was enough toget me out of bed and get on the road for my walk. Teri Jo says she is sending me a t-shirt. I am so excited to wear one! I love thier products and I am saying this right now. You just may have to peel the darn thing off of me. I iced a bit after the walk and then got ready for work. I got to work on time (not like usual) and then starting typing away. This morn was the same ol same ol. I had my coffee and then shortly after my breakfast sandwich. More simple today, but still just as good. This is the last of the Daily Bread and man....I am going to miss it. I will have to order some more of these. I have two bagels left and I am done with all my meadow's bakery products. Here is the last picture for now of the breakfast sandwich! Man, just looking at this sandwich makes me want another! I had it opened faced so that I felt like I was having two! A little trick that I do! Break stuff up and you feel like it is way more than it really is. This is two egg whites on each slice of whole grain bread, basil and Veganese was accompanied!
Today is going to be a special day because I am going to be having lunch with a friend and we are going to be eating some sushi. I already know what I will be having! Sashimi!!! 9 peices and some seaweed salad (my fave). This is not my plate but almost exactly what I am having. No I will not be eating the rice and in fact will more than likely tell them to not even bring it to the table. If I go a resturant and it is okay with the person that I go with I always tell them not to bring the chips, rolls or rice. It is just esier that way. If it is sitting there in front of me than I eat it! So yeah, this will be lunch and when I get back to the office I know that my sweet tooth will be screaming at me so I will have my last bowl of my amazing fruit salad. Just since SUNDAY I have eaten: 2 containers of strawberries, a peach, a mango and a entire melon....Ooooopppps. I need to be care with all that fruit. It could get me into trouble. Just like everything MODERATION. This is the work day eats for me. I still dont know what I will be eating for dinner yet. I will have to wait and see...You know I will be back to tell ya!
In the meantime....check out this give-a-way.
