This morning is going exactley the way that I thought it was going to go. BUSY and frantic at the office today. I did what I always know is a bad idea. I checked my work e-mail LAST NIGHT. That always stresses me out. I check it and see the list of things that await me Monday morning. Bad idea...The good thing though is that I was able to do my reviews so at very least you will have something to read this morning. I will be working on this post on and off all day to get a full one in! It is going to be another gorgeous day here and what better way to start the day than non other than a gorgeous bowl of oats! Strawberry and Banana oats made for a perfect start!!!

For my next breakfast (I am the only one I know that loves to have breakfast for my snack as well. Breakie number two was full of protein as well. Egg white omlette.
This simple but filling "snack" always hits the spot right before I go to the gym. I also had a soy sausage pattie on the side but didnt get a picture of it.
I am starting at up at the gym today but going to be very very very careful. Low weights HIGH reps for me today. I am also going to swim if I can today too. I have got to keep up the cardio and swimming didnt really bother me yesterday. My back is still a little soar but overall I am healing. I just try to pull my stomach in while swimming and also try not to flail around while doing my laps. This is something I needed to do anyway. Keep your fingers crossed that I am able to get through my lifting workout with out any pain or discomfort. After the 50 minutes of lifting I am coming back to the office to have a tuna salad. Last week I was having bocca salads but this week it is back to light tuna. I put mainly mustard in it but a tiny bit of veganese helps the smoothness so I add a little. It is so good and the amount of protein I need after lifting.
I love tuna on spinach and extra tomatoes!

After lunch about two housr later I have my final snack which is going to be the greek yogurt that I got the first time around. I am trying out the vanilla today!
I am hooked on greek yogurt now and will be going between this brand and chobani. They both rock!
So I hate to say it but this week is going to be the exact same meal plan. I am going to do my very best to stick to the menu and not alter it. Dinner will be a bocca salad with cucumber and hummus. I think that if anything I will add some tofu if I just cant stand it. The great thing about my food is I LOVE IT. So I dont mind eating the same thing every day. I change it up each week so I dont get bored and my body doesnt get too use to it either. So pretty much this is my plate for the week! I will still be blogging but may not put the same pictures up. I will be reviewing some products this week. I should be getting acai products today and boy I cant wait to try these acai bowls that I have been hearing about for ages. We will see. I will be back. Dinner is humus with celery and red pepper slices with a HUGE bed of spinach loaded with Tomato, onion, avocado and a chopped up bocca burger. Mustard will be my dressing. Lovely.
