Good Morning! I am so happy and ready for this fantastic Friday (can you tell that I am still asleep?) Well I am. I woke up this morning and I felt like I could have slept for another 3 hours. Ever have one of those? Well I did last night. I couldnt sleep. My window was open and I could hear music and people walking by. Did I tell you I live on Sesame Street? Well I do. I just moved to a new neighborhood. The oldest neighbor hood in our town and I must say the hippest neighborhood. I live in a neighborhood that has huge Victorian houses that are occupied by people in their late 20's and 30's. The whole neighborhood is filled with good energy and free spirits. However, when I am trying to get some sleep I wish that everyone else is too. Sorry for the rant! So I wake up this morning with the knowing that I am to get in the car after my x-ray and then head home in time to have some dinner with my sister. I don't want to start the drive at 5:00 when everyone is trying to get home as well. So I decided that I would take a half day from work. I will be getting out of here at 2:00 and then off to the hospital (I am still debating whether or not I am going to go, my back is starting to feel better and I dont think it is anything serious) then get on 441 and drive it all the way to a town called Warner Robins. I could go on and on about this town. I grew up there. I will tell you a tiny bit about it. WR has more fast food restaurants than any other town in the South East. Ewwwww I know. Also there is nothing and I mean nothing to do there. All people do is go to restaurants and go to bars. That is it. I have never seen someone exercising on the road. Not one runner. You cant exercise on the street there because it is nothing by flat asphalt with roads that are packed with vehicles (the town is SUPER over crowded as well). Seriously. You tie all this in with the fact that it wouldnt exists with out the military base and what do you get??? A over crowed, extremely hot, uneventful circus of War Town individuals. Bad. There is only one good thing about this place...There lies the most important people in my life.

This day will fly by and I will be in the town that I grew up in and hated but will be having the best time because I will get to see my Dad (hopefully) and my mom, grandmother and sister. I dont get to see them that often mainly due to having such a busy lifestyle but I am trying to get down there more often. I hope that my car makes it. That is the other reason I dont get down there more often as well. I am going to get some mothers day cards so that I am prepared as well ; ) So lets get to food shall we? Today is going to be different. Because I am going to try and eat the food (I like to call it "clean out the fridge") that I need to get rid of. This morning I had my coffee (a must) and a breakfast burrito!

I am so happy to try the lime flavor and this stuff has me hooked! I havent had a soda and not felt guilty in about 3 years. Even if I had a diet soda I would feel so bad because of all the chemicals that are in those things. This I can drink guilt free and know that there is nothing bad in them, and the best part is that they taste great!
This pretty is made with celery, veganese and mustard. I also put some dried basil (wish I had fresh) and pepper. This is also on natures own double fiber bread (teh purple one) only 50 cals a slice! This is what will be in my hand as I am driving home today. Easy and full of protein. I am going to be what my family thinks is a freak...I have already packed my food for the rest of the night and for tomorrow. I dont go anywhere (as far as vacation and trips) now without my own food. I just have to have it or I will choose badly and to tell you the truth my body is so use to clean eating that the other stuff makes me feel sick. I am okay with that. So I packed these things to take with me. 2 Wild Bars (yes! They came in the mail and will be reviewing them as soon as I eat one! ) completely raw food bar with 14 grams of fiber! I packed, 3 zevias (for fun and if I want a mixed drink I am prepared ;) 2 chobani greek yogurts (I still havent tried the strawberry and vanilla) and organic oats with some chia. That will be what I eat/drink if I get hungry. I will be going out to dinner or lunch but you know what I will be having...The safe salad with dressing on the side. That is what I will order. I am sure that there will be something else bad in there but I have will power! I have to keep a close eye on my diet while I am recovering so that I dont gain. I would be so upset seeing that I have worked so hard for summer!
Salad will be the name of the game. When it gets hot outside I dont feel like eating anything cooked anyway. It is way easier for me to be on a completely raw diet once I am in the Spring and Summer months. I am so excited to get the acai products because I will be having a ton of awesome smoothies soon. I looooove a good smoothie. So there you have it. I am eating less today than normal however I am going to be in a car for a while and not getting in the walk that I usually do. I want to see if maybe Karen would go on a walk early with me. Hmmmm. Just thinking. I hope that you all have a wonderful weekend, I know that I will.
