Ahhhh. It's Saturday





So, this fine Saturday started off with me getting a e-mail from Sonoma Crisps! They are going to be sending me som samples to try and I cant wait to tell you all about them. I tell you, I have a lot of sampling to do! This morning I babysitted for three hours and with the money I got I bought some of these:





Goji Berries have such a weird taste. I decided that I would try them out because I have herd so much about them. I also had about 40 almomds. I tell you...There is one thing that gets me into trouble and that is almond butter and nuts. I can throw down on some raw almonds and raw walnuts.
Let's back up a minute! This morning while checking my e-mails I ate some delightful Blueberry oatmeal! It was filling and held me over for hours.









After breakfast and baby sitting I decided that I would go and swim. I swam for 40 minutes and then went on a 40 minute walk with my roomie. It was a perfect way to spend the rest of my afternoon.

I do have to say that with not that much food I am now STARVING. So Karen and I have decided that dinner will be pulled chicken salads at our favorite resturant Doc Cheys! So off I go. I am so sorry that todays post is kinda short but atleast I tried on a Saturday, I will not be posting tomorrow but Monday morning you better believe it baby. I so hope that you all have a fantastic weekend. I will miss ya!

Ok, so I am back! YOU knew I couldnt stay away. I had a wonderful dinner with Karen and just had a snack (carb wather yogurt and some added fat free cottage cheese.) It was yum and what I am going to need to get through this night. It's GIRLS NIGHT out (when is it not for me these days?) and we are going to two count them TWO parties.Will there be any cute guy to talk to? My guess is NO. However I will go and talk to some interesting people I am sure and have a great time. I am deciding to bring my own drinks to the party and tonight I am having vodka and diet giner ale. I know what you are thinking. ewwwww. But dont knock it until you try it. I am a lover of Whiskey and Ginger (or my college days tell me so anyway) and this version taste just like the one that I use to drink. I try to stick to clear drinks these days. I dont know why but I think that they are better for you. My calories are pretty high after tracking them so I am only going to have two. Yep. Two. Not that bad for a Saturday. I think that I will be able to get away with that. As long as I work out good tonorrow. I plan on doing Pilates and then Zumba a salsa inspired dance class. I have already done my grocery shopping for the week and so when I wake up in the morning tomorrow I am going to be able to just relax, have my oats and my coffee. Who knows maybe I will get in a swim as well. I was so surprised that the swimming didnt boher my knee at all today. Soooooo for real this time...
