Inspirational sweat.

OMG, it's FRIDAY!!! I have only been back to work two whole days and feel like I have been here a whole week! Not kidding. Sometimes though I like to be balls to the wall (did I just say that???) it makes the day go faster. One thing is fo sho... I got in some sweat time this past week and I intend to add some more this weekend. How can you not when it is 101 degree's? Just so you know...I am feeling MUCH better (keep those fingers crossed) it has been a tough summer on me thus far. I am being extra kind to myself (ummmmm, I admit, beer has been consumed) and trying to allow for some "rest" time but when a girl likes to sweat as much as I do, it is hard. With this being said:

I loved the light weight towel and I am in love with the quote. I actually had a hard time trying to figure out which one to pick (I also like the 30 second one because of my interval training ;)
