All Strips, All the time.

The other day I got something very interesting in the mail. I checked out a company by the name of all strips and I was so excited when they contacted me to say that they were sending me a sample kit. I got a variety of great strips, one for almost any need. What is this I am speaking of? Well my friends, I will tell ya!

Enlyten Energy Strips are formulated with a scientific blend of B vitamins, caffeine, ginkgo biloba & ginseng to help you power through each and every day. I took one of these and couldn't really tell a difference. I do however think that I should try these out when my energy level needs a boost. The Saturday that I took it I was feeling great and fully charged. I thought I was taking the antioxidant one but instead it was the energy one. I was worried at first, thinking that I would be bouncing off the walls. I wasn't and in fact glad. These strips do really prove to be gentle and I think that they are great for the person that just needs a little something.

Enlyten Melatonin Plus Strips are designed with the perfect blend of melatonin and theanine as a natural aid to help you sleep better. Melatonin has been shown to relieve occasional sleeplessness. Theanine has been shown to reduce ordinary mental and physical stress. I LOVED these. I took one right before bed and was so calm and relaxed before hitting the sack. It wasn't over powering and didn't leave me drowsy at all the next morning.

Enlyten Antioxidants Strips are formulated with B, C & D vitamins, quercetin, coenzyme Q10 and super fruit extracts that have been shown to help your body fight off damaging elements that contribute to illness and aging. I can tell you one thing, these wont last! With the winter and cold season fully here, I will be popping these when I feel I need it.

Enlyten Appetite Suppressant Strips are formulated with all natural ingredients shown to decrease hunger and promote healthy weight management. When used with enlyten Calorie Burner Strips and combined with healthy eating and exercise habits, enlyten Appetite Suppressant Strips are a safe and effective aid to obtaining an optimal physique. I don't need these really and holding on to them for the time being. I did try one and the flavor was over powering and bad. Maybe that is why you loose your appetite? It did work though and that is what matters!

Here is the nutritional info for the strips. With no calories, I was sold. I really thought that these strips would be nothing but sugar. Not the case!

What do I think about Enlyten Strips? Well, I think that they are great. Hey, anything that may help, I'll take. I gave the calorie burner one to Karen, I don't think that I need any help in that department! Please so to their site and see for yourself! These strips are pretty neat!

Update on my mom: Yesterday she had a Heart Cath done and it was a success! No blockage was found and the doctor said that her heart is in good shape at the moment. He blood pressure and cholesterol is still high so they are still keep a eye on her. When she returned to her room she was told that she had to lay still for 4 hours because of the puncture in her artery to do the test. (They insert a IV into your artery in the groin area and then dye runs through your heart and they can instantly see if there is any blockage). It is very important to do as the doctor says and not move. My mom watched the clock and right at the strike of 5:00
(exactly 4 hours later) she got up wheeled herself out to have a cigarette and she collapsed. She got a blood clot in the artery and had to be rushed back to the room for assistance with the wound. She is now in worse shape then when she entered the hospital. It has left her not able to move her arms and legs and I think that a stroke is very possible if she doesn't do as directed. My sister had to feed her last night. This is so upsetting for me because she is so hard headed. She does just what is asked and pushes herself. The saddest is that cigarette could have caused her to die. In more ways than one. So please keep her in your prayers and I so appreciate all the phone calls and comments that I have received. You guys are so sweet. I will keep you posted on her progress.

I am trying to stick to my routine and keep doing the things that I usually do. I will admit...Work is hard and keeping my train of thought is not easy at times but it is necessary for me to keep busy. I will be going home when she returns back to the house. She will need more help then and I will be more help there than at the hospital.

I would like to give a little shout out to Shelly who has been my walking buddy at work! Here she is with me before one of our walks.

Awwwww, here we are! We even wore the same outfit one day and Jess had to snap this pic of us. It was just too cute. She is the one that brings me the freshest most delicious vegetables from her garden! She also brought me fresh figs (my favorite) from her fig tree on my birthday and it really meant a lot to me. She is one of my most favorite people ever!!! So, sweet and kind. She is one of the most giving and thoughtful people I know. She is like another mom to me. Happy Birthday Shelly, you are loved by us all at work. I hope you have a wonderful day!

Tomorrow's post will be a great one. I have no reviews so I plan to touch on some new exercises that I am doing that WORK! So get ready, I am going to be telling you about some of the best moves that you can do almost anywhere!

Have a wonderful day!
