Pumpkin Oats!!!!
I doubt that I will ever go back...Not until Christmas anyway ;)
This is how I am getting my pumpkin pie fix.
1/2 cup of thick rolled oats
1/2 cup of organic pumpkin
1 cup of Vanilla Almond milk
Salba
Cinnamon
walnuts and a stevia pack.
To die for! So comforting.
This past weekend was so rainy. It was cold and it didn't stop until yesterday. I had a show and it went really well so that is one good thing that happened! We managed to raise a good amount for a family that had lost their son about a week ago. I felt really good to see the crowd that made it out for this even though the weather was so crappy. Other than this show I really just did the things that lacked from the past weeks. Cleaning the house was what a rainy day called for so I just went with it. I organized and cleaned for almost 4 hours on Saturday. Man, there is nothing that feels better than getting things done!
My snack for this pre workout will be this guy. I also put a spoonful of pumpkin in this as well. What can I say...I cant get enough!
This week's food is going to be simple and will more than likely stay this way for a while. The weekends during October through December always have more in the mix. Calories are usually way higher so I am going to try and be super strict during the week to make up for a slice of pie or two over the weekend at gatherings and pot lucks.
I am lifting weights today for 60 minutes and then when I get back I will be having a bocca burger on mixed greens with avocado. Simple but totally does the trick. I will also have a whole raw bell pepper sliced and dipped in mustard. I know this may not sound that great but it gets me some greens in my lunch and is really easy to eat while working. Things I have to think about!
After work I will go home and have a tiny snack and then head right back over to the gym. Tonight is Yoga and I am so looking forward to getting a good stretch! But wait! Before I go I will be chompin on this. My other hen I am going to go to yoga for a hour. Stretch out really well (my hip has been hurting a little) and hopefully feel 100% tomorrow.
When I get home from my stretch fest it will be dinner time and I know that I will be ready. This will be had!
Dinner was had and after dinner I decided to get in the kitchen and make my self a nice big cup of hot coco. I like to make it at night to warm me up and make me feel full before bed.
Now it is time for bed and I will be sleeping like a baby!
