Made it another week!



October is almost over (can you believe that?) and I am getting ready to settle in. The weather here is getting cooloer everyday and I am hoping that this winter will be different. I dont know in what ways but for some reason I do feel like I am a different person this year than any other. Growing sometimes can be difficult, and beautiful! Wow, I am deep this morning! HA!

Ok, lets get down to business....What's for breakie? Well you know that one ingrediant is in the mix ;)

PUMPKIN PIE OATS!
1/3 cup of oats
1/2 cup of baked pumpkin
1/4 cup of Pomergrante juice
3 egg whites
1/4 cup of Unsweetend Vanilla Almond Milk
1/2 banana
stevia and a dash of cinnamon
Top with chopped Walnuts

Wow, this was AMAZING this beautiful Fall day. I am going to be eating WAY more of this in the future....Get ready folks! I have a great day of eats prepared. My snack included more yumminess. A couple hours later I ate this little guy. Fage 0% with some PB. It was great! I love the creaminess of greek yogurt.



Today I plan on walking with my co worker for an hour and then after work taking a yoga/pilates class. Tomorrow will be weights and Sunday will be my long run. This is the plan anyway. Today is low key day!



After my walk I will be coming bac kto the office for this! Baked Tofu Salad! This HUGE salad is going to fill me up for sure! I am having a Thai Peanut Sauce with it and I bet ya I will be eating it all!

For dinner I have no idea yet. I am still trying to figure that one out. I am thinking that sushi could be in the mix. I am craving it and you know what happens when I get a craving!
