Okay, enough teasing.
This morning I had blue oats !
I am so glad that I did this today. It is cool outside and what better way to warm up than with a good ole bowl of oats.
Today, I plan on a 4.5 miler interval with Shelly. I enjoyed the route that we took yesterday and I am hoping to get at least 250 cals outta the way. This breakfast alone will be the fuel I need. For lunch I had the same salad as the last two days. I couldnt get tired of this if I tried...I am going to have to figure out a way to still get in my raw veggies, even this winter. I will have to get creative for sure.

This is the perfect thing to eat to get all your good carbs and protein after a hour of intervals. I am impressed with the way this looked today. I had to show you all!
I will also have some bell pepper and mustard with sliced cucumber today as well. No pictures for you!
I will then go back to the gym and hopefully go to yoga tonight. I need to practice a song that I will be preforming at the end of the week. I am excited by honestly have yet to have any time to go over it. Tonight I will though. I will more than likely go home and then go to yoga at around 6:30ish to make it to yoga and relax a bit before going home to have my glass of wine! I love that idea already. Dinner will be the same....Tofu stir fry with some banana Curry Love! Oh how I love thy. I will see you guys tomorrow for my last post of the week.
