Happy Monday! I have some great reviews for you today! Plus a great meal plan for the week. Bare with me this could be a super long post! I am excited to tell you about a company that sent me some amazing products. The company is:

I have never herd of this company nor these products but I can tell you one thing...I wish that I did. I am in LOVE with this stuff.
The first product that I want to tell you about is:

How they knew I needed this is beyond me...I used it right away on my knees (you know I have had a knee injury for a long time now) and this stuff felt SO amazing!!! I love the tingling sensation that it gave me and I could REALLY feel it working right away. The menthol made me feel really relaxed.The next product that they sent me was something that I have seen before but never tried out. I love oils don't get me wrong but never wanted to buy any because I was always afraid that I would be oily and it wouldn't dry. Boy was I wrong. I opened this next and applied right after getting out of

Ok, if you are out in the sun at all this is the product for you!!! The first thing that I noticed was the smell. TO DIE FOR!!! I loved the way this stuff smelled and oh my did it feel good. I put it on my arms, chest and legs and was amazed by how it seeped right into my skin. No oily feeling, only a wonderful combination of hydration and fragrance! I LOVE this product and feel like I wish I would have tried out a oil before. This made my skin glow! Seriously....go get it.
The last product I got was this! Firming Sea Mask

I tried this out just last night actually. I put the mask on and got in the tub...It was like going to a spa. A few things that I noted were, the mask never got too tight. I hate it when I put a mask on and I feel like my skin is ripping. This was a gentle wonderful mask that made my skin feel so wonderful afterward. The second thing that I noticed was that there wasn't a overwhelming smell...I hate putting something on my face that has a strong smell. It isn't good for your skin! This product didn't smell like perfume but rather a nice sea like smell. Fresh, light, relaxing. I am sold! I called my sister was like "You have got to try out this product." I am going to be contacting them to see if they would be willing to send me some products for a give-a-way for a lucky reader! Stay tuned to see! There is one more product that I want to try out and that would be the eye cream. This company is hands down awesome! PLEASE check out their wonderful site...You wont be sorry that you did. Lets get to breakfast!
I am having a HUGE bowl of organic oats this morning! With Newman's Own organic cranberries and some fage 0% Greek yogurt on top...Gosh...I love my oats! After breakfast at around 3 hours later I am going on a major walk with my co- worker 3.5 miles today on lunch! Now that is a power walk! After I get back I am having this for lunch.
We had salmon on Saturday night so I decided that I would shake things up a bit and get some salmon for my lunches this week. Instead of the same ol tuna I am having salmon! This is the perfect thing to have after a walk like today. I didn't even warm up the salmon. I had it cold on top of some Romain with cucumber and tomato. Yum!For my afternoon snack I am having the same thing I had last week. I 
just couldn't resist! 
Raw almonds and about 17 cherries. Bing cherries are in season and they are like little jewels! I love em!

After the work day is over I am going home to kick up my feet for a little while then going to the gym to work out lower body and then home to shower, use my great products and have some Tofu stir fry (almost the same as last week) It was so good last week and easy that I went or it 
again! This time adding some sugar snap peas and big mushrooms! This is in a spicy sauce that is made up of Ginger and the juices from the mushrooms and onions. So very good and will fill me up! After dinner I will be sinking my teeth into this! 
Cold water melon is the light of my life. This time instead of buying sliced watermelon I went for a whole one and just sliced it myself. I am going to turn into a watermelon I swear!!! So goooooood and refreshing!

Just a update on the Colonix...I have been on it for 7 days now and I was really worried there for a while that I wasn't able to "go" as much as I thought that I would be able to. This weekend was good and now I am back to that bloated feeling. So far I don't feel "clean" or that it is really doing much for me. I am going to stick it out though. I am doing everything exactly the way that they have told me to do so we will see. I hope that this stuff kicks in soon. I will be posting more often about what I am experiencing right now though I dont have a lot to report!
