Hey there! September is going to be wild. I literally have something booked every single day. I am happy to say that I have some new clients and excited to get started with some new folks! Personal training is what gets movin and makes me happy. I have a office job by day and in the evenings I am running around like a freak with some of the most bad ass women I know! (Sorry for the language but I cant think of another word to describe these ladies, they kick some major butt!) I want to give a shout out to my September girls! Kimberly, Kesha, Meeka and Julie, yall are awesome.
When I first started personal training I was afraid that my clients would end up hating me, dreading the days that we trained. It is a tough spot to be in...I love these women but I want to push them further than they have ever been pushed before. To break boundaries, open their eyes to just how strong they really are and be faced to face with challenges that they have faced their whole lives. It's emotional, it's mental and it's physical. Sometimes when I leave the gym I am so worn out. I get so involved with the ones that I train and I spend a lot of time even outside the gym thinking about them. They may not know but THEY are what inspires me. THEY are what pushes me to be my personal best. I have to because they need me and honestly, I need them. It's pretty awesome!
So needless to say, September is going to be awesomely crazy. One thing that I may sure is on point is my diet. If you are a super busy person like I am I make darn sure I get the best food as possible so that I will feel my best. Without paying close attention to what my body needs and when there is no way that I could keep up. This is a quick run down of my meals for the week! Stay tuned, I will be reviewing some amazing products and will have a special BIRTHDAY post on Friday~!

In order:
8:00 with coffee cashew cookie Lara Bar. This is pure laziness. I am not happy that I am eating a bar for breakfast but it could be worse. I have a short week this week and just went with what would be easiest. Ladies, don't do as I do...do as I say. Try your best to eat something YOU made! This is VERY rare for me. I almost never eat something like this and honestly hate to show you. Lara bars are the best ones on the market to consume but you could do better! I know you can! I wont be eating this for breakfast again, promise!
11:15- Pink lady apple and naturally more pb. (2 table spoons). This is more like it!

2:00-(lunch)
You can get it in the freezer section of Kroger in the health food isle. It is a sprouted flour less wrap. Let it get to room temp or pop in the microwave for 10 seconds and then eat it. You have to keep it in the fridge. No preservatives=must keep cool.
The wrap had 3 slices of avocado, one Roma tomato a few slices of red onion, mustard and a bocca burger. The veggies were roasted for 15 minutes and had some Mrs.Dash on them ;)
4:00-Hummus and a handful of carrots! The hummus was about two tablespoons which was all that was left. Don't guess, measure yours!
7:30- Dinnah time! Grilled chicken, walnuts, .30 of a mango .
Simple but awesome. Try using some fruit to liven up your food with some flavor. You may be surprised. I used some Mrs. Dash and threw the walnuts in when I was cooking it.
9:30-Sweet tooth??? FROZEN FRUIT! About a cup of frozen grapes were consumed. Natures Popsicles! Try it, you will thank me later!
This is my food for Monday-Thursday! It's my birthday on Friday and I am going to have all of my favorite things! You can count on raw cashews, fresh figs, mango, papaya and goat cheese. I know you are thinking "I thought I would be reading, cake, candy, breads and junk." Sorry...I don't crave those things and honestly want some yummy fancy fruits (cheese included!). I am sure there will be a slice of cake or chocolate but because I always allow myself three bites of what I want my birthday is never a free for all. This is just the way that I roll!
See you tomorrow. Keep it up girls, show me how it's done! If it weren't for you guys....my life would be BORING. Continue to inspire me to push my hardest and do my best and I will return the favor. Everyday part of the reason I make the choices that I do is because I know that your counting on me to show you how to reclaim control of your health. I want you to feel that accountable too. Know that I am passing things up all day, everyday because I would feel guilty knowing that I am telling you to say no to this or that and I am sitting there eating it. If you do eat or drink something that you know you shouldn't pay attention to how you feel....Do you feel good afterward? Is it worth it?
Alright! See you soon!
