Flying by.

This week is almost over and I really cant belive it. I mean, where is it going? October will be half way over by next week...Lets not think about that though...This morning I was determined to get some Fallish food in my belly first thing. This did the trick! I should make a blog just dedicated to my oat meal. It clearly is the best meal of my day! This morning oat ban had, walnuts, granny smith apple slices, cinnamon, unsweetened almond milk, egg whites, stevia, pumpkin puree and lots and lots of LOVE! It was amazing. Can it get better than this? I think not.

After breakfast and before my hour long walk I ate this again! Which became....

See this is what I am talking about. I like the plain best....You can add what you want. This mornings greeky mess had fresh figs and sliced raw almonds! Oh so good. That was just the fuel that I needed to get me through my walk.

Today's lunch is different! I decided that a Mexican salad was to be had today!

Oh yeah! I added all kinds of things in this "taco salad" including avocado, black beans, corn, tomato, red onion, cilantro and mixed field greens. It was a party in my mouth!

After all this amazing food I realized that today's eats have been one of the best this month! I should keep this up, right?

After work I went to zumba class (salsa dancing is SO much fun) and when I was done I was drenched in my own sweat! Of course!

When I was done I showered and basically crawled into the kitchen to eat this.


Grilled chicken salad. Oh so yummy. I swear, I just might dedicate the rest of this month to eating just my favorites and nothing more ;)

That is that folks. Now I am sure that a night time snack will appear and maybe a nibble here or there but I dont like to plan those! Those are just meant to be fun.
