Starting over, again.

A new week, a new month, a new plan. Yep. This almost always happens to me but I do have to say, I love a new beginning! So this week I have some great eats and some great workouts ahead. Now I hate to start off this morning complaining but I am having the worst groin pain...I have never experienced this before and I have no earthy idea as to why I would be having this. Could it be the foot rest that I got for my desk? That is the only thing that I can think of. I do walk about 5 miles a day and do a ton of yoga lately but surely this wouldn't make this pain happen. This is a picture of my exact pain. It blew me away that when I googled "groin pain" this picture came up in google image. No info on it though...I wish that I could read something about this particular picture. I will be doing some research later today to see what maybe the problem. It is not the muscle that hurts on my inner thigh it feels like it is deep within the bone where the leg meets the pelvic area. No inner thigh exercises for me. This morning I needed something comforting! Oat bran, banana, chunky peanut butter and almond milk sweetened with stevia. Yummy! I needed this morning!
After breakfast I decided that I would walk. I stretched really well before leaving and headed out the door. It was a good walk too! When I came back I had this. Baked salmon with greens. Simple but perfect. I had a co worker give me the most gorgeous tomato so expect to see a side of it tomorrow for sure. I am just going to show you my eats today because it will be the same all week so I wont bore you with it. Tomorrow will be a review and so will the next few days as well. I got somethings over the weekend that totally blew my mind. I am not kidding!!!
Like my snazzy picture? It is PAPAYA! Oh my do I love this fruit. I am trying to eat as much of it as possible before the season is over. I am thinking that this is going to be on my plate often. I will then go home to relax for a little while before yoga. First though will be dinner and it is basically the same thing as last week except for a few changes. At the farmers market on Saturday I bought the most gorgeous basil.

After something like this I had to have something that was sweet, not too sweet though. This was the perfect after lunch snack (I am trying the whole food combining thing so I waited about 2 hours or so before eating this). Fried tofu, veggies and Tahiti with the best tasting purple basil ever! Awesome dinner!

After yoga and less stressed, I wanted more fruit. Surprise, surprise...
