This morning has been a BUSY one for me. I got up this morning (really sleeeeeeepy) and went to physical therapy. After my PT appointment I got a call from my boss wanting me to do some errands and then when I got back from doing those I had voice mails, e-mails and packages waiting for me. Whew! It was a crazy morning and I was running around like a freak! I did it all without my necessary cup of coffee too. Finally I was able to get my cup of coffee and sit down to get some blogging done! Shhhh don't tell. I use my blogging time as a way to get threw my hectic day. Instead of leaving the office or taking a break upstairs I just read blogs and write my own. So needless to say this day has been crazy I think that I know why though... It's a full moon tonight. There are going to be two eclipses this month and boy will it effect me. I have no idea why but it always seems that when there is a full moon things go outta wack! I am a believer in these type of things for sure. Yes, I am known to read my horoscope the first thing at the beginning of the month and circle the days that say "be careful" or "this is your lucky day". This is just me. After settling in and by that I mean gulping down a huge cup of coffee followed by a liter of water I was hungry and ready to put something in this belly of mine. So you know I had to go straight into the kitchen and make my fave. Organic oats with some dried unsweetened cranberries and a dash of coconut. It was delightful. If you don't know already egg whites added to your oats make it so fluffy! I am in love with my oats. I am going to go for a walk with a co-worker today on my lunch break I am really excited because last time we walked almost 4 miles! I am so ready to get in a good walk and NOT on a treadmill. I used some light weights yesterday and I am regretting it already this morning. My back is killing me. It will be fine though after a few hours. It always is. It is just waking up in the morning after not doing anything. I am not lifting today and going to focus on cardio and that is it. I cant believe that I am able to do less and still keep my weight down. I guess that the saying is "less is more". It just may be true. I will do some core and leg exercises at home tonight. I have got to figure out something to do in the evenings for Tuesdays and Thursdays. I have yoga on Mondays, Wed and Sundays. Tues and Thurs and Saturdays could be swimming. That could be a good thing. we will see. For now I am wanting to just keep focusing on my recovery. No more using over 10 pounds. I have learned my lesson. I only used 20 yesterday and my back is hating me for it. Anyway, when I get back from the walk I will have this!
Simple but filling. (I am going to but in here....this salad looks gross and I swear to this day, I will never ever eat canned tuna again). Some things do change!
This is a bowl of light tuna, olives, tomato and a tiny bit of corn. I am going to drench it in mustard of course! By the time I eat this my day will be half way over. I am so happy when lunch time comes around. It makes things so much better! I will cool off (it is going to be a hot one) and then after about two hours have something sweet and tasty! I LOVE this combo. I love raw almonds and I LOVE Bing sweet cherries. I also love the price of them as well. Man, I could live off of fruit this summer. I always was shy when it came fruit thinking that it was too high of carbs but forget that! I am a fruit eating girl and why not? During the winter it doesn't appeal to me at all. I am going to go home after work and then go to my mechanic's office to let them look at my car. I have to get a few things done to it on Wed and I am NOT looking forward to it at all. This is going to cost me another 300. 00 bucks which brings me to about 600.00 total in two weeks. This better be it! By the time I talk to him for a while and figure out when to take it in (more than likely Wed) it will be time for dinner!
Same as yesterday except I added some red cabbage! I love how you can buy a cabbage and pretty much eat off of it for a week. It is from the garden so that much better in my opinion. You tell me it is fresh from the garden and it automatically tastes better! After face book stalking and checking my personal e-mails it will be time for some desert and then ice and bed! I have such a interesting life eh?
I had this treat last night right before bed (if you are a client of mine try not to eat carbs after 4:00 p.m. do as I say not as I do!) I am eating fruit late at night these days and trust me it will catch up to me eventually.

So on to my cleanse...So far so good! I expected to be running to the ladies room all day and so far not the case. I am sure once I get to a full scoop of the intestine cleanse powder it will be another story. I will have to wait and see. I look forward to tell you all about it ;)
So there you have it folks. My eats and my day. From start to finish. I am thinking that as the week goes by (and I bet it will fast). I will be feeling better and relaxed. I do have a question for you all though...
The fourth of July was a wonderful holiday, I am going to ease into this month, it is getting hotter by the minute!,
