I am starting off this Thursday with a review! I got Fit Nutz in the mail yesterday and just had to try it out. I was so excited because I wanted to see how it compared to another powdered peanut butter that has my heart. I decided that I would try out the chunky first because I LOVE chunky crunchy peanut butter. I mixed well and got my spoon out. "Oh my" I said....It was good!!! I really liked the flavor and the texture. I also like how you can mix it to be as thick or creamy as you like. All in all this peanut butter rocks! I had the Pro with my oats this morning...Same as yesterday but with a twist. A peanut buttery twist that is! I loved the fit nutz with my oats this morning. In fact this just might have to become a staple for me! I am loving this stuff. If you are interested in a guilt free peanut butter than go to their web site!
On to Lunch for this fine day. Sorta I guess...It is raining here.
For my snack later I am going to have a vanilla Greek yogurt and about 25 raw almonds.
This is one of my favorite things in the whole world. They are buy one get one free right now at the store and boy did I stock up! Thanks Stoney Farms for making the best Greek yogurt ever!
After a long day at the office, a hour long walk and some much needed energy I am going to have this for dinner....
This one of the most colorful plates that I have put together and I am loving it. I love how the soy beans, red peppers and sugar snap peas blend so well together. You top it off with some brown rice and you have a complete protein dinner to die for. For desert it is one of my favorites! They are in season and man are they good! I am loving these babies! I have them for my night time snack and they really feel like a huge treat. They are super sweet and natures candy to me!
So I am going for a MRI tomorrow morning to see what is going on with my back once and for all. I am in need of something. I cant keep doing this. I need to get better so that I can hit it hard again in the gym, right now I am able to do some but not much. Not dancing now for the last month has taken a toll on my body and fast. I really cant believe it. It is like I woke up one morning and fat was just there. My upper body looks okay but my hips, thighs and butt area is really going down hill fast. I worked so darn hard to be fit for this summer and the bathing suit season and in one single month it goes all to hell. That is so discouraging. So I have decided that alcohol is one thing that I cant par take in anymore : (
That makes me sad because I don't like to get drunk all the time but I do love a nice glass of red with dinner. I think that the added calories need to be eliminated until I figure something out. I have figured out somethings though. NO more dead lifts and cable crunches for sure. I did both last week and I am in so much pain. I had to try it out though to see what I can do and what I cant do. This is my question though. How can I be loosing all this muscle when I am burning the same amount of cals as dancing. When I was dancing I would do a zumba class for a hour and then be done with it. Now instead I am walking a hour and swimming and still flabby. Why is that??? The scale hasn't gone anywhere but the flab is everywhere. That is how I know that I am loosing the muscle and replacing it with fat. Why me? I hope that this day goes by fast. I am just trying to focus on my Friday. I need a relaxing weekend!!!
